About the role: We are looking for a leader to oversee all Human Resources and General Affairs functions across the organization — including manufacturing plants, corporate headquarters, and distribution — ensuring compliant, effective, and strategic people management aligned with the company's growth objectives in the chemical industry.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree with minimum GPA 3,0, Master's degree is preferred
- Have minimum 5 years of experience in managing of Human Resources and General Affairs Management at managerial level.
- Proven experiences in change management, organizational development, HR digital transformation and general affairs operations.
- Direct report to CEO/Managing Director/ Director
- Excellent execution skill based on business plan, excellent conceptual and analytical thinking, leadership, business acumen, have solid communication skills to align work processes between Human Capital and its stakeholders
- Able to translate company strategy into mid-range Human Capital Initiative Strategy (2 years) and business processes into the design of the company's organizational structure.
- Able to create a competency design to produce a competency dictionary, employee development programs, create training modules and deliver training, design a Talent Management program and its sustainable implementation.
- Able to design and manage Job Evaluation process, Performance Management including KPI alignment/cascading, compensation & benefit programs.
- Understand the company's values and align them into the Human Capital Management system and be able to design and internalize the values for each individual in the company
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labour laws, regulations and applicable occupational health safety and environmental regulation.
- Able to manage facility operations including building maintenance, utilities, housekeeping, security, asset management, vehicle management and office administration across factory, HQ, and distribution sites

- Job Description:
- Plan, coordinate, and control the HC budget and ensure operational efficiency across all functions
- Analyze and develop job descriptions, job evaluations, job grading, and organizational structures aligned with business strategy
- Plan, coordinate, and evaluate the effectiveness of the Performance Management System including KPI alignment and cascading
- Analyze workforce needs based on annual Business Planning — covering headcount, qualifications, sourcing, selection, placement, and work agreement preparation
- Organize people mapping through competency and performance gap analysis, identify Top Talent and Emerging Talent, and oversee their development programs
- Design, implement, and evaluate remuneration policies (Compensation & Benefits) and internalize company philosophy, values, and Code of Ethics across the organization
- Design and implement Industrial Relations policies, maintain harmonious employee relations, and provide relevant reports and information to external parties
- Analyze and approve HC SOPs covering Recruitment, Training, Remuneration, Personnel, Industrial Relations, and Performance Management, and monitor their implementation
- Oversee General Affairs operations including facility management, office administration, fleet, security, canteen, asset management, permit management, and building maintenance across all sites
- Manage vendor/third-party service contracts, ensure HSE compliance across all workplace and facility operations, and maintain regulatory permits in line with local government requirements
