Location: Seminyak Office Corner House Group, a leading Food & Beverage company dedicated to innovation and excellence. We are currently seeking a proficient Group Human Resource Manager to drive our HR operations to new heights. Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degree or HR certification preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the hospitality industry. Proven track record of achieving deadlines and fostering strong relations within the hospitality sector.

Exceptional English language skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with Australian owners and deliver on their expectations. Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all HR functions across our 11 venues and 600+ staff, ensuring compliance and efficiency. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and values.- Oversee recruitment, training, and development initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
