Head of Commercial Job Description: - Kickstart/launch, run and manage, and grow the event services business unit manage in Indonesia to get into revenue fast and drive growth and profitability
- Drive and run business development activities within individual and within the team to secure new clients in Indonesia and collaborate with regional offices across the region - Co-Work with Human Resource, Operations and other departments to ensure smooth operations of the Indonesia business under your care
- Co-work and be involved to drive regional clients and deepen regional clients’ relationship towards a preferred vendor, master or exclusive vendor or etc - Monitor and analyse market trends, business opportunities for growth - Backup Managing Director / Group CEO as and when needed/assigned to
- Any special/strategic projects as and when required Head of Commercial Requirements: • Preferably a degree holder with a minimum of 2-3 years working experience in the related field
• Experience in creating and delivering formal presentations, demonstrations, and proposals to clients. A strong network and reputation are highly preferred. • Strong event management skill, pro-active , creative and result oriented with the ability to work under pressure • Strong interpersonal skills and able to lead, motivate the entire team in enhancing their performance.
