Responsible for driving business growth company and across payment services: QRIS, e-wallet, fund transfer, biller and more. Lead sales, partnerships, product commercialization, and strategic marketing to achieve revenue, transaction volume, and profitability targets. Main Responsibilities Lead direct merchant and merchant corporate acquisition.
Manage key accounts and drive transaction performance. Develop and manage commercial partnerships (banks, billers, vendors, Switching). Co-lead product roadmap with Product & Tech for payment features.
Define high-level marketing strategy and campaign direction. Prepare business reporting: revenue, transaction, pipeline. Ensure compliance with Bank Indonesia regulations and company SOP.
Coordinate with internal teams (Ops, IT, Finance, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Support, Internal Audit). Lead and mentor product and marketing team. Requirements
Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or related fields. Minimum 4 years of experience in fintech, payments, banking, or digital financial services. Proven track record in business development, partnership management, and revenue growth.
