Head of Building Chemistry

We are looking for an experienced Head of Sales Building Chemistry to drive the growth and profitability of our Building Chemistry business. This role will be responsible for developing commercial strategies, managing product portfolios, identifying market opportunities, leading new product development initiatives, and strengthening the company's position within the construction and building materials industry. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales and business growth strategies for the Building Chemistry category

Analyze market trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and sales performance to identify opportunities and drive business decisions Lead product portfolio management, including pricing, positioning, packaging, and product lifecycle strategies Drive market research, customer satisfaction initiatives, and competitor benchmarking to support business growth

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products aligned with market demands Provide technical and commercial support to customers, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders Build strong relationships with key customers and industry partners to strengthen market presence

Manage departmental budgets, projects, and team performance while ensuring alignment with company objectives Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Chemistry, Construction Management, Statistics, Economics, or a related field

Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Product Management, Marketing, Market Research, or Commercial roles Experience in Building Chemistry, Construction Chemicals, Cement, Mortar, Waterproofing, Tile Adhesives, Grouts, Concrete Admixtures, Dry-Mix Products, Building Materials, Paints & Coatings, or related industries Strong understanding of market analysis, pricing strategy, product development, and commercial planning
