Head of Accounting Vanara Resort & Spa | Bali, Indonesia Lead and manage the entire Finance Department consisting of 4 team members Allocate responsibilities and supervise the daily work of the finance
Tanggung jawab: Vanara Resort & Spa is seeking an experienced, highly structured, and hands-on Head of Accounting to take full responsibility for the financial management, accounting, reporting, controls, budgeting, and financial planning of the resort; This is a senior management position reporting directly to senior management / ownership and working closely with the Director of Resort Operations and all department heads; The Head of Accounting will lead a Finance Department consisting of 4 team members and will be responsible for building a disciplined, transparent, and reliable financial function covering all areas of Vanara Resort & Spa; The role requires strong hospitality finance experience, excellent knowledge of hotel accounting and financial controls, and mandatory hands-on experience working with VHP (Visual Hotel Program / VHP by Supranusa Sindata); Take responsibility for the correct financial setup and use of VHP; Maintain accurate accounting and financial information within VHP; Control revenue postings, payments, deposits, refunds, receivables, and related transactions in VHP; Ensure correct integration between Front Office, Reservations, F&B, Finance, and other VHP modules used by the resort; Reconcile VHP data against bank accounts, payment gateways, OTA settlements, cash reports, and other financial records; Review daily postings and identify discrepancies; Ensure correct configuration of financial codes, revenue categories, payment methods, taxes, packages, and reporting structures; Train and supervise finance employees in the correct use of VHP; Work with operations and front-office teams to improve VHP processes and reduce posting errors; Coordinate with VHP / Supranusa Sindata support when system issues or configuration changes are required; Strong practical VHP experience is a mandatory requirement for this position.
