Professional Head of Front Office/Front of House with a strong hospitality and hotel industry background
Tanggung jawab: Drive customer satisfaction and support sales growth through excellent service standards; Manage end-to-end floor and service operations in accordance SOPs; Prepare operational reports and administrative based on accurate data; Handle and resolve operational issues and customer complaints effectively; Ensure smooth daily restaurant operations and maintain service quality standards; Coordinate with related departments to achieve operational targets and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Kualifikasi: Talent Ready and willing to be placed at Summarecon Mall Serpong, Tangerang; Strong experience in managing floor and service operations within the hotel industry or premium lifestyle restaurants; Proven ability to lead and manage 100+ FOH employees, ensuring service excellence and full compliance with SOPs; Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills; Experienced in handling events, promotions, and strategic partnerships related to Food & Beverage operations.
