Kualifikasi

• Minimum education: High School Diploma or equivalent; a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree is preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Head Bar or Head Barista
• Barista certification is an advantage
• Passionate about the Food & Beverage industry, especially coffee
• Proficient in operating espresso machines and manual brewing equipment
• Strong knowledge of milk steaming, latte art, and manual brewing techniques
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead, train, and motivate a bar team
• Detail-oriented with strong administrative skills, including inventory management, daily reports, stock control, and operational documentation
• Able to develop, implement, and ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and standard recipes to maintain product consistency
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Proactive, creative, responsible, and able to work effectively under pressure
• Willing to be based in Bandar Lampung

Tanggung Jawab

• Lead and oversee the daily operations of the bar to ensure efficient and smooth service
• Ensure all beverages are prepared according to standard recipes , quality standards, and presentation guidelines
• Maintain consistency in beverage quality, taste, and customer experience
• Train, coach, and evaluate baristas to maintain high standards of service and product quality
• Manage operational administration, including daily reports, inventory records, stock counts, and ingredient usage
• Minimize waste and control product usage to maintain operational efficiency and cost effectiveness
• Ensure all coffee equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and brewing tools, is clean, well-maintained, and operating properly
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, hygiene standards, food safety regulations, and service procedures
• Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally while maintaining excellent customer service
• Collaborate with management on service quality enhancement
