Posisi ini bertanggung jawab untuk mengelola siklus hidup program inkubasi, mulai dari seleksi tim hingga demo day, serta memberikan dukungan operasional dan strategis kepada studio portofolio untuk memastikan pertumbuhan dan keberhasilan proyek game.
Tanggung jawab: Own and run the Incubation Program end-to-end; Build and manage the curriculum, milestones, demo day and community; Track each team's progress and consolidate reporting; Organize playtests, review results, and provide recommendations; Coordinate agencies, vendors, experts, and internal resources; Support studios operationally post-investment.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree in Game Development, Business, Marketing or a related field; 4+ years experience as a Project Manager/Product Owner/Campaign/Operation Lead managing a game project, program or operation end-to-end; Solid understanding of the game development and publishing process; Strong at project management, timeline management and stakeholder management; Able to track milestones/deliverables and turn feedback into concrete reports/actions; High ownership mindset; Clear and confident communicator; Strong passion for Gaming.
