HC Operation Manager

Position Overview: The HC Operations Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing all Human Capital operational functions at site, ensuring efficient, accurate, and compliant delivery of HC services across employee administration, compensation & benefits, HCIS, governance, and workforce support. This role serves as a key business partner in maintaining workforce readiness, operational excellence, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee all site HC operational functions, ensuring efficient, accurate, and compliant service delivery. Manage employees, including personnel records, employment documentation, and HC service support. Oversee compensation & benefits programs, including payroll, budgeting, insurance, salary review, and overtime control.

Ensure effective management and optimization of HCIS, HR analytics, dashboards, reporting, and data accuracy. Drive HC governance by maintaining policies, SOPs, compliance standards, and audit readiness. Coordinate workforce planning and site manpower activities, including mobilization, demobilization, roster administration, and site support.

Partner with site leadership to maintain workforce readiness, operational excellence, and alignment with company objectives.
