PT Kapit Mas, a jewelry manufacturing and trading company based in Bali, is looking for an HC & GA Officer to join our Human Capital & General Affairs Department. Reporting to the HC & GA Manager, this role will support day-to-day Human Capital and General Affairs operations. This position is designed as an early-career development role, providing gradual exposure to broader Human Capital functions and other HC projects, including employee administration, data documentation, and operational coordination.
