● A positive, outgoing, and enthusiastic individual with a strong willingness to learn. ● Able to work independently while also being an excellent team player. ● Comfortable working in a dynamic, high-paced hospitality environment.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for guest service. ● Experience using online reservation platforms such as S evenRooms, Chope , and TableCheck is highly beneficial. ● Confident in handling guest feedback and resolving complaints professionally and empathetically.

● Well-organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask. ● Professional demeanor and a welcoming personality. ● Ability to speak additional languages such as Spanish, Russian, or Mandarin is a strong advantage.

● Flexible with working hours, including evenings, weekends, public holidays, and late-night shifts. Your Responsibilities ● Welcome and assist guests while creating a warm and memorable first impression.
