Minimum Senior High School/Vocational High School (SMA/SMK) graduate, preferably in Hospitality, Food & Beverage Management, or a related field. Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Guest Relations Officer (GRO) in a Fine Dining Restaurant or Luxury Hotel. Well-groomed with a professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills. Proficient in spoken English. Customer-oriented, proactive, responsive, and able to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Willing to work on a shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays. Willing to be placed in Gunawarman, South Jakarta .
