Requirements - Previous experience in hospitality, preferably in 5-star hotels, luxury resorts, or wellness retreats. - Experience working with VIP guests and delivering personalized service.
- Strong sales and upselling skills. - Experience with CRM systems; knowledge of Zoho CRM is a strong advantage. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Fluent spoken and written English, preferably at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or above. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of emotional intelligence. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to train, mentor, and coordinate a team. - High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
