As a GSM HSE Staff, you will be responsible for reporting audit results, inspections, and incidents to management. You will maintain documentation related to QHSE activities, including audit reports and compliance documents, and assist in preparing reports on quality, health, safety, and environmental performance. You will also ensure the implementation of Integrated Management Systems, participate in incident investigations, and support information security controls.

Kualifikasi: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS/K3), Public Health (OHS/K3), or Engineering (Civil, Industrial, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering).; Candidates from non-OHS or non-engineering backgrounds may also apply, provided they meet the required qualifications and certifications.; Minimum 1–2 years of relevant work experience in a related field.; Certified General Occupational Health and Safety Expert (Ahli K3 Umum/AK3U) issued by the Indonesian Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker RI).; Awareness of ISO standards, particularly ISO 45001 and/or ISO 14001.; Good understanding of Indonesian occupational health and safety laws and regulations.; Proficient in risk assessment and risk management, including HIRADC.; Able to conduct field inspections and workplace accident investigations..
