100 Sunset Hotel & Boutique – Kuta, Bali is an expanding hotel located in Sunset Road, Kuta, Bali, looking for passionate candidates to join the team on a Daily Worker basis. The Guest Service Assistant (GSA) is responsible for handling front office operations including check-in, check-out, reservations, guest requests, and providing excellent service to ensure guest satisfaction.
Tanggung jawab: Handle check-in, check-out, reservations, and guest requests; Provide excellent customer service; Work in night shifts.
Kualifikasi: Minimal 1 (one) year experiences at the same position; Familiar to VHP System; Previous experience as a GSA or Front Office is preferred; Good communication and interpersonal skills; Good command of English; Able to handle check-in, check-out, reservations, and guest requests; Willing to work Night Shift; Well-groomed, disciplined, responsible, and service-oriented; Good customer service attitude; Relevant educational background with the position applied; Can work with team and individual; Available to join immediately; Resume with cover letter.
