The Graphic Design & Promotion Officer is responsible for developing brand imagery and design assets in accordance with established guidelines. This role involves close coordination with the Social Media team to ensure design and content alignment, as well as managing VIP communications through SMS, EDM, and other media channels. Additionally, the officer monitors store visuals and mall media promotions, analyzing the effectiveness of these campaigns to ensure they align with the company's objectives and strategies. The role also includes designing for internal needs and maintaining relationships with out-of-city vendors to support brand requirements.
Tanggung jawab: Develops brand image and design based on guideline; Coordinates with Social Media for design and content; Coordinates with VIP (SMS, EDM and other media); Monitors store visual and media mall promotion; Analyzes effectiveness media mall promotion; Makes sure media promotion plan based on objective and strategy; Responsibles for develop communication marketing strategy with mall relation; Designs for internal needs; Maintains relation with vendor outcity also for brand needs.
