Blitz Electric Mobility adalah platform armada kendaraan listrik dan pengiriman last-mile terbesar di Indonesia. Sebagai mitra NVIDIA Inception dan portofolio Grab Ventures, kami didukung oleh investor teknologi terkemuka. Sebagai Golang Backend Engineer, Anda akan mengembangkan dan memelihara layanan backend inti dalam lingkungan microservices. Fokus utama peran ini adalah membangun layanan dengan throughput tinggi dan latensi rendah, berkontribusi pada keandalan sistem, serta bekerja sama dengan tim engineering yang terdistribusi untuk mengimplementasikan fitur-fitur baru.
Tanggung jawab: Develop and maintain backend microservices written in Go, including API endpoints, business logic, and data access layers; Design and implement service-to-service communication using gRPC and REST, with proper error handling, retries, and timeouts; Write and optimise database queries (MySQL) for performance, including indexing strategies and query plan analysis; Contribute to system reliability: structured logging, metrics instrumentation, alerting, and on-call production support during Jakarta business hours; Participate in the design and implementation of new features across order processing, batch management, driver management, and assignment services; Write and maintain unit tests, integration tests, and participate in load/performance testing for critical services; Conduct code reviews and contribute to improving backend engineering standards, documentation, and best practices; Collaborate with the product, QA, and operations teams on requirements, testing, and release planning; Support production incident response: triage, root cause analysis, hotfixes, and postmortem documentation.
Kualifikasi: 3–5 years of professional backend engineering experience, with at least 2 years writing production Go; Strong understanding of microservices architecture, including service discovery, inter-service communication (gRPC, REST), and fault tolerance patterns; Solid RDBMS skills (MySQL or PostgreSQL): query optimisation, indexing, schema design, and migration management; Experience with message queues or event-driven systems (SQS, Kafka, RabbitMQ, NATS, or equivalent); Familiarity with containerised deployments (Docker) and cloud platforms (AWS preferred); Ability to diagnose and resolve production issues using log aggregation, tracing, and monitoring tools; Strong written and verbal communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English; Based in Jakarta. This is a work-from-office position, five days per week.
