GM Sales - Security System (CCTV/Access Control) - North Jakarta (B-131316)

About The Company: The working venue is in North Jakarta. Our client is a Security System company. Currently, they are looking for Sales General Manager.

Job Responsibilities: Lead and oversee the entire Security Systems sales team, including Sales Managers, Sales Supervisors, and Sales Executives Define sales strategies, revenue targets, and annual business development plans. Build and maintain strategic relationships with principals/brands, distributors, and key national accounts

Manage the Security Systems product portfolio, including CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, and Integrated Security solutions Lead major project tender initiatives for government, state-owned enterprises (SOEs), and corporate clients Take full responsibility for the Security Systems division’s Profit & Loss (P&L) performance.

Collaborate with other divisions (MEP, Audio Visual, and Digital Office) to deliver integrated solutions Recruit, train, and develop the capabilities of the sales team Other tasks as assigned

Job Requirements: Minimum Bachelor's degree Minimum conversational English proficiency
