About the Role As a Global Finance Manager at Formulatrix Indonesia, you will lead financial operations, accounting, taxation, and cash flow management, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with local and international regulations. You will manage the Finance team, oversee audits and international transactions, and provide financial insights to support business decisions. Tanggung jawab: Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported; Review and validate Incoterms clauses in sales contracts or purchase orders, ensuring financial accuracy, tax efficiency, and risk mitigation when applying the applicable Incoterms; Validate, manage, and maintain tax exemption certificates to ensure compliance with local and international regulations, minimize audit risks, and optimize cash flow related to indirect taxes (Indirect Tax / Sales Tax / VAT); Lead, plan, and control the company's cash flow through effective management of Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP). Optimize the collection cycle, monitor customer contract compliance, enforce applicable sanctions/penalties, and contr; Supervise and manage the Finance Department and other related functions or departments; Collaborate with auditors and audit service providers to ensure proper compliance with all applicable regulations; Assist the Directors in presenting reports to senior management, stakeholders, and board members; Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes to ensure timely and accurate financial statements; Manage the general ledger, journal entries, accruals, account reconciliations, fixed assets, AR, AP, and other accounting activities; Manage and reconcile all intercompany transactions, balances, invoices, and settlements; Prepare monthly financial reports and analyze variances and financial results; Coordinate with external tax advisors on income tax, VAT/sales tax, and other tax compliance matters; Coordinate annual financial statement audits and serve as the primary finance contact for external auditors; Job Requirements; Technical Skills; Hold at least a Diploma (D3) in Accounting or a related field; Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance & Tax Manager, preferably with experience handling International Sales Tax or cross-border digital/IT services, such as subscriptions to global VPN vendors; In-depth knowledge of the latest Incoterms, import-export customs regulations, international taxation, and Trade Finance (L/C) mechanisms; Knowledge of cloud-based ERP systems; Knowledge of SAP Ariba and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, including buyer and supplier registration, is a plus; Experience handling tax audits, particularly transfer pricing documentation; Fluent in English, both written and spoken; Willing to work in Salatiga; Soft Skills; Demonstrate strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; Demonstrate integrity and strong interpersonal skills; Possess good communication skills and the ability to maintain professional relationships with customers to ensure smooth business operations.
