Perusahaan membuka kesempatan bagi profesional handal untuk memimpin operasional General Services secara menyeluruh, mencakup pengelolaan utilitas, fasilitas, aset perusahaan, serta operasional kantor secara end-to-end. Peran ini memastikan kesiapan operasional serta keandalan layanan yang optimal di berbagai kantor, jaringan toko ritel, dan area gudang. Kandidat terpilih akan bertanggung jawab dalam mengelola kinerja vendor, kontrak layanan, serta anggaran operasional guna mencapai efisiensi biaya yang maksimal. Selain itu, posisi ini bertugas mengawasi penerapan kontrol aset yang efektif, memimpin serta mengembangkan tim General Services, dan mendorong perbaikan berkelanjutan demi tercapainya keunggulan operasional di seluruh fungsi perusahaan.
Tanggung jawab: Lead end-to-end General Services operations covering utilities, facilities, asset management, and office operations; Ensure operational readiness and service reliability across offices, retail stores, and warehouses; Manage vendor performance, service contracts, and operational budgets to optimize cost efficiency and service quality; Establish effective asset control, utilization, and maintenance practices to minimize operational risks and losses; Lead, develop, and evaluate the General Services team to achieve operational targets and service standards; Drive continuous improvement, cost optimization, and operational excellence across General Services functions; Requirements; Bachelor's degree in Management, Engineering, or a relevant field; Minimum 5 years of experience in General Services, General Affairs, or Facility Management; Proven experience in leading and managing a team, with strong people management and operational leadership skills; Strong knowledge of facility operations, utilities, asset management, office management, vendor management, and budget control; Strong capabilities in operational planning, cost optimization, problem-solving, and stakeholder management; Experience managing multi-site operations, preferably in retail, store networks, or warehouse environments.
