Perusahaan manufaktur teknologi membuka kesempatan bagi General Process Engineer untuk mengembangkan, mengkonfigurasi, dan mengoptimalkan proses industri dari awal hingga tahap peluncuran dan sertifikasi. Peran ini mencakup penilaian proses produksi melalui pengukuran akurat dan interpretasi data untuk merancang sistem dan solusi inovatif demi meningkatkan laju produksi serta kualitas output. Anda akan mengelola pengenalan produk dan proses baru ke lingkungan produksi massal, menekan biaya produksi dan batasan waktu agar operasional berjalan efisien, serta melakukan asesmen risiko untuk mengidentifikasi potensi kegagalan melalui metodologi PFMEA/DFMEA. Selain itu, Anda bertugas meninjau desain untuk kemudahan manufaktur (ease of assembly), melakukan review 2D dan 3D, menyusun Bill of Materials (BOM), menyusun kronologi perakitan, dan menyiapkan instruksi kerja standar.

Kualifikasi
