Sebagai General Manager, Anda akan memegang kendali penuh atas kepemimpinan operasional pabrik secara menyeluruh guna mencapai target produksi, kualitas, pengiriman, dan profitabilitas. Peran ini menuntut kemampuan strategis dalam menyusun strategi operasional, mengelola anggaran, mengendalikan biaya, serta mendorong perbaikan berkelanjutan di seluruh lini produksi dan koordinasi lintas departemen.
Tanggung jawab: 1. Lead and oversee overall factory operations to achieve production, quality, delivery, and profitability targets; 2. Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company objectives; 3. Monitor production performance, capacity utilization, and workforce productivity; 4. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs; 5. Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and customer requirements; 6. Coordinate closely with Production, PPIC, Quality, HR, Purchasing, and Finance departments; 7. Manage budgets, operational expenditures, and business performance indicators; 8. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field; Minimum 5–8 years of experience in the garment industry, with at least 3–5 years in a senior managerial role; Strong experience in budgeting, cost control, productivity improvement, and profit & loss (P&L) management; Proven leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills; Ability to manage end-to-end factory operations; Familiar with production management systems, quality control, and cost efficiency; Able to work under pressure and meet business targets and deadlines; Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
