Responsibilities: Manage company assets, inventory control, and conduct routine coordination with vendors. Oversee office facility maintenance, building management, and ensure smooth operational support for the work environment.

Prepare operational reports, manage documentation, and maintain neat and accurate office administration. Handle procurement of goods/services and administer cooperation contracts. Implement and supervise Occupational Health and Safety (K3) procedures, as well as office environment security.

Manage company operational vehicles and fulfill employees' daily operational needs. Negotiate with vendors to secure high-quality services with cost-efficient budgets.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major; preference given to Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in General Affairs, Office Administration, Facility Management, or a related position is preferred.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment or a technology-based company is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of asset management, inventory control, and vendor coordination.
  • Good knowledge of office facility maintenance, building management, and workplace operational support.
  • Proficient in operating Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Experience in procurement, vendor management, and contract administration is an advantage.
  • Understanding of Occupational Health and Safety (K3) procedures and workplace security is an advantage.
  • Experience in managing company operational vehicles, office facilities, and employee operational needs is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and vendor negotiation skills, as well as being proactive, meticulous, organized, with strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Willing to work fully on-site in Yogyakarta and available to join immediately (ASAP).
