About the role We are seeking a General Affairs (Mandarin Speaker) to join our team in Jakarta on a full-time basis . This is a key administrative and support role that sits at the heart of our organisation, providing essential coordination across multiple departments and serving as a vital point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will bring organisational excellence, strong communication skills, and fluency in Mandarin to support our diverse and international team. This role is instrumental in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and helping to foster a positive workplace environment.
Job Responsibilities: Managing general office administration, including scheduling, correspondence, and coordination of meetings and events Providing administrative support to senior management and various departments across the organisation
Liaising with external vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure smooth operations Maintaining office facilities, equipment, and supplies, and coordinating maintenance and repairs as needed Serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, particularly with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and partner.
Handling travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and logistical support for staff and visitors Maintaining accurate records and documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements Coordinating with regional and international offices to ensure consistent service delivery
