Job Description : Handle permits, licenses, and equipment & personnel certifications; coordinate with authorities and ensure timely renewal Manage administrative documents, correspondence, and reporting, including coordination for meetings with external parties or customers
Maintain company facilities (office, building, transport, canteen) and coordinate vendors to ensure smooth daily operations Manage industrial waste handling and ensure compliance with environmental regulations and documentation Handle visa, work permits, and expatriate administration, including monitoring validity and coordinating with immigration or related agencies
Job Requirement : Education and Experience: Diploma majoring in Management or related fields Have 1-2 years experience in General Affairs will be a plus

Have a commitment to work, adaptive, and collaborative Proficient in English communication. Skilled in Microsoft Office applications.
