PT Gistex Garmen Indonesia mencari seorang Garment Head of Production yang berpengalaman untuk memimpin dan mengoptimalkan operasional manufaktur garmen. Posisi ini menuntut kepemimpinan yang kuat, pengetahuan teknis yang luas mengenai produksi garmen, serta kemampuan terbukti dalam mencapai target produksi dengan standar kualitas, efisiensi, dan pengendalian biaya yang tinggi. Kandidat akan berperan dalam memimpin perbaikan operasional, memperkuat keunggulan produksi, dan berkontribusi langsung pada kinerja manufaktur secara keseluruhan. Tanggung jawab mencakup perencanaan harian, pengelolaan tim produksi, pemantauan KPI produksi, serta implementasi program Lean Manufacturing dan 5S di lingkungan manufaktur yang dinamis.
Tanggung jawab: Plan, organize, manage, and control daily garment production operations to achieve production targets; Lead production teams and ensure effective coordination across sewing lines and supporting departments; Monitor and improve key production performance indicators, including productivity, production efficiency, output, quality, and on-time delivery; Analyze production bottlenecks, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective actions; Optimize production capacity, manpower allocation, machine utilization, and line balancing; Ensure production processes comply with standard operating procedures, buyer requirements, and quality standards; Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and operational excellence practices; Collaborate with PPIC, Industrial Engineering, Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth production operations; Evaluate team performance and develop the capabilities of production supervisors and line leaders; Prepare production performance reports and present improvement plans to management.
Kualifikasi: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in the garment manufacturing industry, including experience in a production management or senior supervisory role; Strong understanding of garment manufacturing processes, particularly sewing operations, production planning, and line balancing; Proven ability to manage production performance and achieve operational targets; Solid knowledge of production KPIs, including efficiency, output, Right First Time (RFT), Defects per Hundred Units (DHU), Work in Progress (WIP), and on-time delivery; Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement programs; Strong analytical, leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills; Ability to manage large production teams and work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment; Proficiency in production reporting, performance analysis, and Microsoft Excel.
