Are you a strategic procurement professional with strong experience in purchasing, general affairs, and project support? Do you have a proven track record in sourcing materials, managing vendor relationships, overseeing facility operations, and supporting large-scale building or commercial property projects? If you have experience handling procurement activities for commercial buildings, malls, or large property developments, along with the ability to source materials and equipment from both local and international suppliers, you may be the candidate we are looking for.
As a Purchasing & General Affairs Manager , you will be responsible for managing the company's procurement strategy, vendor management, facility and asset administration, as well as supporting project-related purchasing activities to ensure operational efficiency, cost optimization, and timely project execution. Develop and implement procurement strategies to support operational needs, building management requirements, and project activities. Manage end-to-end purchasing processes, including vendor sourcing, supplier evaluation, contract negotiation, and procurement administration for local and international purchases.
Oversee General Affairs functions, including facility management, company assets, office operations, and administrative services. Coordinate with project, engineering, and business units to ensure timely procurement of materials, equipment, and services required for project execution. Monitor procurement performance, cost efficiency, vendor compliance, and operational effectiveness while providing regular reports and improvement recommendations to management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Purchasing, Procurement, General Affairs, or Supply Chain Management, preferably within commercial buildings, malls, property development, or construction projects.
- Strong experience in sourcing construction materials, project equipment, operational supplies, and managing both local and overseas procurement processes.
- Proven ability to negotiate contracts, manage vendor relationships, and optimize procurement costs while maintaining quality standards.
- Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
