About the role Indonesia Bole Yuma Human Resources Group is seeking a talented and dedicated GA Mandarin (General Assistant with Mandarin language proficiency) to join our team on a full-time basis in Jawa Tengah. This role is crucial to supporting our administrative operations whilst facilitating effective communication with our Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and partners. As a General Assistant with Mandarin language capabilities, you will serve as a bridge between our organisation and clients or business partners who communicate primarily in Mandarin, ensuring seamless operational efficiency and exceptional service delivery.

Key responsibilities Provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments within the organisation Serve as a Mandarin language liaison, translating and interpreting communications between the company and Mandarin-speaking clients, partners, and vendors

Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate appointments for senior staff and management Prepare and maintain administrative documents, reports, and records in both English and Mandarin Respond to inquiries and correspondence from Mandarin-speaking stakeholders with professionalism and accuracy

Assist with data entry, filing systems, and database management to maintain organised office records Support event coordination and logistical arrangements for meetings and company activities Provide reception support, including greeting visitors and managing phone communications

Perform general office duties including photocopying, printing, and procurement of office supplies Facilitate cross-cultural communication and understanding within the workplace What we're looking for
