Peran ini dirancang untuk pelatih yang bersemangat dalam membangun komunitas kebugaran yang inklusif dan berenergi tinggi. Anda akan memimpin kelas kelompok dengan fokus pada kebugaran fungsional, binaraga fungsional, dan persiapan acara balap hibrida. Tugas utama Anda meliputi memberikan instruksi gerakan yang tepat, melakukan koreksi teknis secara real-time, serta memotivasi anggota untuk melacak kemajuan mereka. Selain itu, Anda bertanggung jawab menjaga standar fasilitas gym agar tetap premium, bersih, dan terorganisir, serta membangun hubungan yang kuat dengan anggota untuk meningkatkan retensi dan konsistensi latihan.
Tanggung jawab: Lead and Motivate : Deliver high-energy, engaging group classes, ensuring a premium, welcoming experience for all members; Specialized Coaching : Instruct movements focused on functional fitness, functional bodybuilding, and hybrid race event preparation; Movement Standards : Monitor member form, providing real-time technical corrections, scaling options, and progressions to ensure safety and effectiveness across all fitness levels; Performance Tracking : Guide and encourage members to log their workouts, track performance metrics, and monitor their progress; Community Building : Foster an inclusive, highly motivated gym culture. Build strong relationships with members to encourage retention, consistency, and a positive environment; Facility Upkeep : Ensure all equipment is properly maintained, cleaned, and organized before and after classes, maintaining the premium standard of our facility.
Kualifikasi: Demonstrated experience leading group functional fitness classes (minimum 150-300 coaching hours preferred); Nationally recognized personal training certification (e.g. ACE, NASM, APKI). A HYROX and/or CrossFit certification or similar specialized functional training credential is a massive advantage; Deep understanding of functional movement mechanics, and cardiovascular conditioning; Comfortable using gym management and programming software; Exceptional verbal communication, able to project energy and command a room clearly in both Bahasa Indonesia and English; Punctual, reliable, and possessing a strong sense of ownership over the member experience.
