Posisi ini bertanggung jawab untuk menyediakan sesi pelatihan dan bimbingan, termasuk menjadi rekan bagi MT Akademia untuk meningkatkan keterampilan mengajar mereka di bawah bimbingan Tim Akademik. Anda akan melakukan konsultasi bagi siswa atau orang tua, berkolaborasi dengan Student Advisor untuk memberikan jalur akademik yang tepat bagi siswa, serta menjaga keterlibatan yang baik antara siswa dan orang tua untuk memastikan pembaruan layanan. Selain itu, Anda akan menjalankan Klinik PR untuk membantu siswa mengatasi masalah akademik, berpartisipasi dalam sesi Class by Class (CBC), serta berkolaborasi dengan tim regional untuk berbagi praktik terbaik. Anda juga akan mengajar langsung di kelas, mengembangkan materi ajar, serta menjaga hubungan baik dengan seluruh karyawan BAC dan pemangku kepentingan lainnya untuk memastikan operasional kelas berjalan efektif.
Tanggung jawab: Provide coaching and training sessions, including becoming a buddy for MT Akademia to enhance their teaching skills and effectiveness under the guidance of the Academic Team.; Conduct consulting for students or parents in collaboration with Student Advisor(s) in order to provide possible pathways for students to achieve their academic goals and maintain good students-parents engagement to ensure students renewal.; Conduct Homework Clinics (Klinik PR) to assist students in addressing academic issues and providing them with solutions.; Participate in CBC (Class by Class) sessions and collaborate with the regional team to share best practices and contribute to educational initiatives.; Teach students directly in classroom settings, ensuring high-quality instruction and engaging learning experiences to be a good example for MT Akademia.; Fulfill a minimum number of sessions as specified that includes: CBC sessions and classroom teaching sessions.; Maintain strong relationships with all BAC employees and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and effective class operations.; Develop teaching materials and academic assignments to support curriculum implementation and enhance student learning, as needed.
