We are seeking a Full-Time Pengajar UTBK Kebahasaan to be based in Kupang. This role involves providing coaching and training sessions, acting as a mentor for MT Akademia to enhance their teaching effectiveness, and conducting academic consultations for students and parents to help them achieve their goals. You will also facilitate Homework Clinics (Klinik PR) to assist students with academic challenges, participate in Class by Class (CBC) sessions, and collaborate with the regional team to share best practices. You will teach students directly in the classroom, develop teaching materials, and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders to ensure smooth class operations.
Tanggung jawab: Provide coaching and training sessions, including becoming a buddy for MT Akademia; Conduct consulting for students or parents in collaboration with Student Advisor(s); Conduct Homework Clinics (Klinik PR) to assist students in addressing academic issues; Participate in CBC (Class by Class) sessions and collaborate with the regional team; Teach students directly in classroom settings; Fulfill a minimum number of sessions as specified; Maintain strong relationships with all BAC employees and other stakeholders; Develop teaching materials and academic assignments.
