Timedoor is a Bali-based IT company specializing in website and mobile app development, system integration, online marketing, graphic design, and AI solutions. We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Finance & Accounting Staff. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing daily cash flow, and preparing essential financial reports such as Profit & Loss, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow statements. You will also handle vendor payments, student invoicing, and tax reporting (PPh, PPN, e-Faktur) while ensuring compliance with Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK).
Tanggung jawab: Record daily financial transactions.; Prepare monthly and annual financial reports (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).; Manage petty cash and daily cash flow.; Process vendor invoice payments.; Prepare and issue invoices to students' parents.; Handle tax calculations and reporting (PPh, PPN, e-Faktur).; Maintain accurate and organized financial documentation..
Kualifikasi: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.; Minimum of 1 year of experience in Finance and/or Accounting.; Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).; Experienced with accounting software (e.g., Accurate, Jurnal, SAP, or similar).; Solid understanding of Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) and Indonesian taxation.; Brevet Tax Certification is an advantage.; Detail-oriented, trustworthy, highly accurate with numbers, and accountable.; Willing to work on-site in Denpasar, Bali..
