Perusahaan sedang mencari seorang Front End Developer yang kompeten untuk mengembangkan dan memelihara fitur-fitur yang berhadapan langsung dengan pengguna menggunakan teknologi front-end modern. Posisi ini menuntut kemampuan untuk memastikan kelayakan teknis dari desain UI/UX serta mengoptimalkan aplikasi guna mencapai performa maksimal. Dalam peran ini, Anda akan berkolaborasi secara erat dengan desainer dan pengembang back-end untuk menciptakan aplikasi web yang mulus. Tanggung jawab utama mencakup penulisan kode yang bersih, mudah dipelihara, dan terdokumentasi dengan baik, serta menerapkan desain responsif dan kompatibilitas lintas peramban. Anda juga akan melakukan debugging dan troubleshooting untuk menjamin interaksi pengguna yang lancar, bekerja dengan RESTful API, serta mengikuti praktik terbaik dalam keamanan web dan aksesibilitas, termasuk berpartisipasi dalam proses pengembangan Agile seperti code review dan perencanaan sprint.
Tanggung jawab: Develop and maintain user-facing features using modern front-end technologies; Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum performance; Collaborate with designers and back-end developers to create seamless web applications; Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; Implement responsive design and cross-browser compatibility; Debug and troubleshoot front-end issues to ensure smooth user interactions; Work with RESTful APIs and integrate front-end applications with back-end services; Follow best practices in web security and accessibility; Participate in Agile development processes, including code reviews and sprint planning; Requirements.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Minimum 1+ years of experience in front-end development; Experience working in a fast-paced Agile environment; Experience with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+); Proficiency in React.js and Next.js with TypeScript; Hands-on experience with CSS Preprocessors (SASS, LESS) and UI frameworks (Tailwind CSS, CSS Grid/Flexbox, Mantine, Antd); Familiarity with state management libraries such as Redux and Zustand; Experience with build and deployment tools like Webpack, Babel, Parcel, NPM, and Yarn; Strong understanding of API integration using RESTful APIs and GraphQL, JSON, Fetch/Axios; Knowledge of front-end performance optimization techniques (Lazy loading, Code splitting, Caching); Proficiency in version control systems (Git, GitHub/GitLab) and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban); Understanding of UI/UX best practices, including responsive design, mobile-first development, cross-browser compatibility, and web accessibility.
