We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and service-oriented Front Desk Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, enjoys interacting with guests, and is willing to work Shift hours (3 pm - 11 pm)
Tanggung jawab: Welcome and assist guests with a warm and professional attitude; Handle guest check-in and check-out processes; Respond to guest inquiries and provide accurate information; Coordinate with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction; Handle reservations and administrative tasks as required; Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area; Requirements :; Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is an advantage; Good communication skills in English (spoken and written); Friendly, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team; Basic computer skills; Must be available to work the evening shift from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM (priority will be given to candidates who can consistently work this shift); If you are passionate about hospitality and enjoy creating exceptional guest experiences, we’d love to hear from you!.
