Perusahaan logistik terkemuka membuka kesempatan bagi kandidat yang dinamis dan berorientasi pada detail untuk mengisi posisi Freight Forwarding Costing & EXIM Operation Specialist. Posisi ini memegang peranan krusial dalam mendukung kelancaran operasional ekspor-impor serta pengelolaan penetapan biaya dan penawaran harga yang kompetitif. Dalam peran ini, Anda bertanggung jawab untuk menyiapkan penawaran harga (quotation) bagi pelanggan, membandingkan tarif vendor, mengelola tarif dan catatan biaya secara mutakhir, serta memastikan margin keuntungan yang sehat sebelum penawaran dikirimkan. Selain itu, Anda akan mengoordinasikan pengiriman kargo dengan berbagai pihak seperti pelayaran, vendor truk, gudang, dan agen luar negeri, serta mengawasi kelengkapan dokumen kepabeanan dan pengapalan baik untuk jalur impor maupun ekspor secara mandiri.
Tanggung jawab: We are looking for a fast, responsible, and detail-oriented candidate who has experience in both freight forwarding costing/pricing and import-export operations; This position will support both the Costing/Customer Service team and the EXIM Operation team. The ideal candidate should be able to independently prepare quotations, compare vendor costs, coordinate with shipping lines and vendors, and understand or; Ocean Freight FCL/LCL; Export and Import shipments; Warehousing; DTD / Door-to-Door shipments; Local charges and other related logistics costs; Co-loaders; Overseas Agents; Trucking Vendors; EMKL / PPJK; Warehouses and Depots; Maintain updated vendor rates and costing records; Analyze quotation profitability and ensure proper profit margin before quotation is sent to customers; Coordinate shipment arrangements with shipping lines, vendors, customers, trucking companies, warehouses, and internal teams; Prepare, check, and monitor Import and Export documentation; Customs Clearance process; SPPB; NPE; Delivery Order; BL / HBL / MBL; Manifest and supporting customs documents; Follow up shipment status proactively without waiting to be reminded; Support the Operation team when shipment volume is high or when additional manpower is required; Support the Costing team when quotation volume is high; Immediately report any shipment problem, customs issue, document discrepancy, or unexpected cost; Prepare freight forwarding costing and customer quotations for:; Request and compare rates from:; Understand and/or independently handle:.
Kualifikasi: Minimum 2–3 years experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics; Must have practical experience in Costing / Pricing / Quotation; Must understand Import and Export operation processes; Familiar with PIB and PEB process. Candidates who can independently handle PIB/PEB will be highly preferred; Understand FCL, LCL, customs clearance, trucking, warehouse, shipping line local charges, and freight forwarding cost structure; Familiar with shipping lines, EMKL, PPJK, trucking vendors, and warehouse coordination; Able to compare vendor rates and negotiate competitive costs; Good understanding of Import and Export shipping documents; Able to use Microsoft Excel for costing and quotation; Detail-oriented and careful with numbers and documents; Strong sense of urgency. Fast response and proactive follow-up are mandatory; Able to work independently and handle multiple shipments or quotations at the same time.
