Posisi Freelance Safety Instructor ini bertanggung jawab penuh dalam mengembangkan, menyampaikan, dan mengevaluasi modul pelatihan Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja (HSE) yang memenuhi regulasi serta standar industri yang berlaku. Peran ini mencakup penyusunan materi pembelajaran, pemberian instruksi dan pendampingan individu bagi peserta, penyelenggaraan pelatihan alat berat, serta evaluasi program berkelanjutan untuk memastikan peningkatan kompetensi K3 yang optimal bagi para peserta.
Tanggung jawab: Develop and deliver skill-specific training programs; Monitor and assess skill development in participants; Provide individualized instruction and mentoring to participants; Develop learning materials and resources; Organize and facilitate workshops, seminars and other events; Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices; Responsible for assessing the individual's needs and developing a plan of action to; help them reach their goals; Responsible for ensuring training material is up to date and relevant; Develop and implement new training initiatives; Providing training on how to operate heavy equipment; Conducting training evaluations.
Kualifikasi: Minimum bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science or a recognized field related to HSE; At least 5 years of experience in Operations, Training & Development; Having Certificate Ahli K3 Umum and Train of Trainer (ToT) BNSP is a plus; Ability to create and deliver engaging training sessions; Ability to evaluate and improve training programs; Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
