Peran ini berfokus pada penilaian dan analisis proses bisnis keuangan serta alur kerja operasional untuk memastikan efisiensi sistem. Konsultan akan meninjau konfigurasi Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) yang ada, melakukan penilaian Fit & Gap terhadap fungsionalitas standar Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, serta merancang proses bisnis masa depan (To-Be) yang memanfaatkan kapabilitas cloud. Selain itu, konsultan bertanggung jawab untuk mengevaluasi kustomisasi yang ada, mengidentifikasi kebutuhan migrasi data, serta menyusun laporan rekomendasi dan materi presentasi. Peran ini mencakup area fungsional keuangan seperti General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Tax, Fixed Assets (FA), dan Subledger Accounting (SLA) melalui sesi wawancara dan lokakarya dengan klien.
Tanggung jawab: Analyze and assess current Finance business processes and operational workflows.; Review existing Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Finance configurations, utilization, and supporting processes.; Conduct Fit & Gap assessments against Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP standard functionality.; Evaluate existing customizations and define their future-state disposition together with the Technical Consultant.; Support the design and documentation of future-state (To-Be) business processes leveraging Oracle Fusion Cloud capabilities.; Identify data migration requirements, scope, and key considerations.; Prepare assessment reports, recommendations, and presentation materials.; Facilitate client interviews, workshops, and requirements-gathering sessions..
Kualifikasi: 5 to 7 years of relevant project experience in Oracle ERP implementation, support, or consulting.; Knowledge of or implementation experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Finance.; Experience implementing or supporting Oracle EBS Finance.; Strong understanding of Finance processes and ERP systems.; Experience in As-Is / To-Be analysis and Fit & Gap assessment..
