Hiring for Freelance Education Consultant Placement: Bogor Drive student enrollment and revenue growth through effective consultation and cross-selling of Sparks Education programs. Promote Sparks Club and other Sparks programs to existing and prospective parents through various channels, including phone calls, WhatsApp, email blasts, flyering, and in-person interactions.
Engage with parents both online and offline to understand their needs and recommend suitable educational programs for their children. Convert trial participants and existing students into paid enrollments through structured follow-up and relationship-building. Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and strong conversion rates at every stage.
Maintain regular communication with parents regarding class schedules, program updates, permissions, and other student-related matters. Manage and update student administrative data accurately and promptly. Develop a thorough understanding of Sparks Preschool, Sparks Club, Sparks Sports, and Sparks English programs to effectively communicate program benefits and value propositions.
Coordinate internally with relevant teams to ensure a smooth enrollment and customer experience. Achieve and exceed monthly enrollment and revenue targets through proactive outreach and sales initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer success, account management, education consulting, membership sales, hospitality, or marketing with sales exposure.
- Proven experience in B2C sales and target-driven environments; experience in the education industry is a plus.
- Strong communication, consultation, and persuasion skills, particularly when engaging with parents.
- Service-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer experiences.
- Ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Proactive, responsive, and comfortable working with targets, deadlines, and performance metrics.
- Persistent, resourceful, and highly motivated to achieve sales goals.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent follow-up and relationship-building abilities.
