Siloam Hospital Makassar is a major referral center supporting the Siloam network across Sulawesi, Maluku, NTT, and Papua. Collaborating with Hasanudin University, the hospital focuses on medical education and improving health services in Eastern Indonesia. The FM & GA Department Head oversees facility management and general affairs, ensuring hospital operations meet safety, risk management, and regulatory standards while managing budgets and team performance.
Tanggung jawab: Plan and monitor the implementation of FM & GA service strategies; Ensure service quality in accordance with applicable standards and laws; Provide leadership and guidance to technicians and GA staff; Plan, prioritize, and supervise repair and maintenance activities for facilities and medical equipment; Handle and evaluate complaints from service users; Build relationships with external parties, vendors, and government agencies.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor Degree from Facilities Management, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or any related major; Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in facilities management in a hospital setting; Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in the relevant field; Deep understanding of facilities management principles, including maintenance, safety, and compliance; Proficiency in facilities management software, administrative systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word); Strong organizational abilities.
