Create fresh flower arrangements for hotel public areas (lobby, restaurants, spa, reception). Prepare floral decorations for guest rooms, suites, and VIP amenities. Design and prepare arrangements for events such as weddings, meetings, and banquets. Replace wilted flowers and maintain freshness of all displays. Ensure all floral setups are clean, attractive, and aligned with hotel standards. Coordinate with departments (Events, F&B, Front Office, Sales) for floral needs. Discuss floral concepts with event planners or clients for special occasions. Prepare floral themes based on seasons, holidays, and hotel campaigns. Order flowers and materials from trusted vendors based on quality and cost. Manage storage and ensure proper handling of perishable items. Work within approved budget for daily flowers and event decorations. Provide cost estimates for event floral requests. Reduce waste through proper planning and flower reuse when possible.
