Deskripsi pekerjaan
Posisi Fleet Manager (Shipping) bertanggung jawab mengelola operasional armada kapal, khususnya kapal AHT/AHTS yang mendukung sektor minyak dan gas lepas pantai. Peran ini mencakup perancangan sistem pemeliharaan terencana (PMS), pengelolaan anggaran operasional, serta memastikan kepatuhan terhadap regulasi maritim internasional. Penempatan posisi ini berada di Kuningan, Jakarta.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree (S1) in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering Systems, Nautical/Marine Engineering. Have ANT-I or ATT-I certificate is preferred. Minimum 8–10 years of experience in the shipping industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial posi; Possesses hands-on experience handling specialized AHT/AHTS vessels (supporting rig moving, anchor handling, towing, and supply operations in the offshore oil and gas sector). In-depth knowledge of international maritime regulations (IMO, SOLAS, MARP; Strong leadership, crisis management, and negotiation skills..
