Reload Sanctuary adalah penyedia layanan kebugaran yang berfokus pada pengembangan kesehatan anggota melalui program pelatihan personal. Peran Fitness Sales Consultant sangat krusial dalam mendorong pendapatan perusahaan melalui penjualan paket pelatihan personal (Personal Training). Konsultan akan berinteraksi langsung dengan anggota baru maupun lama, melakukan konsultasi kebugaran profesional, serta merancang solusi pelatihan yang tepat sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan tujuan kesehatan klien.
Tanggung jawab: Conduct fitness consultations with new and existing Reload members; Understand each client’s goals, training history, lifestyle and challenges; Prescribe a Personal Training plan based on the client’s individual needs; Present and sell Personal Training packages; Achieve and exceed monthly PT sales and revenue targets; Follow up with prospective clients and close outstanding opportunities; Build strong relationships with members and identify PT opportunities.
Kualifikasi: Proven sales experience; Strong closing ability; Confidence to present and sell high-value Personal Training packages.
