PT Sreeya Sewu Indonesia, Tbk (sebelumnya PT Sierad Produce, Tbk) adalah perusahaan peternakan unggas terpadu yang berdiri sejak 1985. Perusahaan memiliki portofolio bisnis dari hulu ke hilir, mencakup produksi pakan ternak, DOC, peternakan ayam, hingga makanan olahan bermerek Belfoods. Financial Controller bertanggung jawab untuk mengelola seluruh aspek keuangan perusahaan, termasuk penganggaran, pelaporan keuangan, pengendalian internal, dan pengawasan tim keuangan. Peran ini sangat strategis dalam memberikan wawasan finansial untuk pengambilan keputusan manajemen, memastikan kepatuhan terhadap standar akuntansi, serta menjaga aset perusahaan melalui kontrol internal yang ketat.
Tanggung jawab: Setting work targets for the department team; Providing performance evaluations and employee supervision; Proposing and controlling the operational budget; Supervising invoice payments to vendors; Managing payment collections from customers; Developing and monitoring budgets, as well as forecasting future financial performance; Implementing and maintaining internal controls; Updating information about the latest changes in accounting standards; Supervising and maintaining accurate and complete financial records.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Minimum of 5-8 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting; Proven experience as a Financial Controller; Experience in managing a finance team; Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices (GAAP, IFRS); Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial modeling; Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities; Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; Effective communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines; Strategic thinking and business acumen.
