Posisi Finance Operations Supervisor menuntut tanggung jawab kepemimpinan yang kuat dalam mengawasi operasional keuangan harian, khususnya terkait pengelolaan biaya vendor pengemudi dan kepatuhan prosedur internal. Peran ini sangat strategis dalam menjaga kontrol internal, merancang serta menegakkan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) tunjangan perjalanan, dan memastikan efisiensi settlement biaya operasional logistik. Anda akan bekerja secara erat dengan manajemen operasional, yang menuntut ketegasan tinggi dalam memvalidasi dokumen keuangan, melakukan analisis varians, serta mendeteksi pola transaksi yang tidak biasa guna mencegah potensi kerugian finansial perusahaan. Kemampuan analitis yang tajam serta penguasaan sistem keuangan mutlak diperlukan dalam posisi ini.
Tanggung jawab: Lead and supervise the daily finance ops team: task allocation, review team work and tackle daily issues; Draft, update, and enforce the trip allowance SOP: internal control, working instruction, document requirements, Settlement cost (expense report) deadlines; Oversee reconciliation of actual trip expenses vs driver advances; Perform Analytical review : detect unusual patterns such as fake trips, repeated claims, mark-ups, or specific drivers/dispatchers who frequently cause issues; Review and validate Driver vendor cost; Assist in developing and implementing TMS; Prepare management reports weekly (including analytical data); Support internal and external audits.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Minimum 4-5 years in finance ops, AP, operational treasury, or settlement, including at least 1-2 years leading a team. Transportation/logistics experience strongly preferred; Solid grasp of internal control and segregation of duties, and has designed or improved SOPs, not just followed them; Willing to say no to operations, including operations management, when documents or justification are missing, and can explain why constructively; Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, variance analysis). Experience with ERP/TMS and rolling out approval workflows is a plus; Firm, hard to pressure, and high integrity; Able to work to operational schedules, including standby during peak periods or urgent cases outside office hours.
