Supervise daily finance operation activities, ensuring all transactions are processed accurately and within SLA. Monitor operational funding and liquidity to support domestic and international remittance transactions, Monitor bank balances across multiple accounts, Monitor transaction limits and optimize account utilization. Perform daily reconciliation between: Bank statements, Core remittance system, General Ledger Ensure timely processing of customer payouts, collections, refunds, and settlements. Review and approve finance operational transactions within delegated authority. Monitor end-to-end remittance transaction flow. Ensure successful settlement with banks, payment partners, and correspondent institutions. Investigate and resolve failed, pending, rejected, or disputed remittance transactions. Execute and monitor foreign exchange transactions for remittance funding. Coordinate FX deal execution with partner banks and treasury counterparties. Verify FX rates, deal confirmations, and settlement instructions and Maintain records of all FX transactions and ensure compliance with internal policies. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports. Supervise Finance Operations Officers. Manage relationships with banking partners. Present operational performance to management. Coordinate with Product and Engineering teams for finance system enhancements.
