Finance Officer

Job Type : Contract Based (Extendable & Possibility Convert to Permanent) What will you do : Manage and supervise daily financial activities, including payments, petty cash, reimbursement, and vendor settlements.

Ensure accurate and transparent record keeping of invoices, receipts, and other financial documents. Prepare, analyze, and report monthly and quarterly financial statements for both local management and Headquarters. Administer payroll, BPJS, and all tax related matters, including PPh 21, VAT. and corporate tax.

Assist in budgeting process, financial forecasting, and monitoring of expenses against budgets. Liaise with external auditors, consultants, bank, and HQ Team. Conduct financial analysis and provide insights and recommendations to support business decisions.

What we're looking for : Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in Finance / Accounting.

Solid understanding of Financial Reporting, Tax Regulations, and Indonesian Accounting Standards. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google sheets with experience in accounting software considered an advantage. Fluent in written and spoken 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐡 for reporting and coordination purposes (𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲).
