Location: Bandung, West Java, Indonesia Industry: Textile Manufacturing Employment Type: Full-Time (Onsite) Salary: IDR 20,000,000 – 25,000,000 Gross per month Language: Bahasa Indonesia, English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu A leading textile manufacturing company in Bandung is seeking an experienced Finance Manager who is currently working in Indonesia and is permitted to work in Indonesia . The ideal candidate will have strong manufacturing finance experience, be familiar with Indonesian business practices, and possess professional fluency in Bahasa Indonesia .Manage the company's finance and accounting operations. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Oversee month-end and year-end closing activities.Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance. Prepare budgets and financial forecasts. Monitor manufacturing costs and production variances.Analyze inventory valuation and cost of goods manufactured. Review product costing and profitability. Support management in pricing and cost optimization.Prepare MIS reports and management dashboards. Conduct budget variance and profitability analysis. Present financial insights to senior management.
Kualifikasi: CA / CMA / CPA / ACCA or equivalent qualification is an advantage.; Experience dealing with Indonesian taxation and statutory compliance.; Experience working with multinational or export-oriented manufacturing companies.; Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or similar..
