Perusahaan manufaktur ini mencari Finance Manager yang fasih berbahasa Mandarin untuk mengelola operasional keuangan perusahaan. Pengalaman di perusahaan multinasional atau perusahaan dengan investasi asing sangat diutamakan. Anda akan bertanggung jawab mengawasi operasional keuangan harian, menyusun laporan keuangan bulanan dan tahunan, serta memastikan kepatuhan terhadap standar akuntansi dan regulasi pajak Indonesia. Peran ini juga mencakup analisis kinerja keuangan, pengendalian biaya, serta pengembangan tim keuangan.
Tanggung jawab: Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger; Prepare monthly and annual financial statements, budgets, and forecasts; Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards, tax regulations, and applicable international accounting standards; Analyse financial performance, control costs, and support business decisions; Manage financial reporting, internal controls, and finance team development; Handle tax reporting, including PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 25, import/export taxes, tax restitution, and SP2DK responses.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar finance management role; Manufacturing experience required; MNC, foreign-invested company, or import/export experience preferred; Strong knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and Indonesian taxation; Proven experience handling SP2DK and tax restitution; Proficient in accounting software and microsoft excel; Brevet A, B, and C or CPA certification is an advantage; Fluent in both Mandarin and English is required; Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
