FINANCE MANAGER (HOSPITALITY/F&B) - BALI

We are hiring a practical and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee day-to-day finance operations, accounting, reporting, cash flow management, and compliance across the group. The successful candidate will ensure accurate financial records, timely reporting, and strong financial discipline while helping maintain and improve existing systems and processes. Key Responsibilities • Lead month-end close and maintain accurate accounting records in Xero across all group entities

• Prepare monthly management reports including P&L, balance sheet, cash position, and key financial schedules • Manage weekly cash flow reporting, bank reconciliations, petty cash controls, and payment planning • Oversee supplier invoice control, accounts payable, and payment processing

• Coordinate bookkeeping activities and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled • Drive inventory reconciliation, stock opname controls, and COGS reporting with Operations and Purchasing teams • Ensure supporting documentation is complete, organized, and audit-ready

• Coordinate external tax, accounting, payroll, and compliance advisors • Assist with annual budgeting, financial analysis, and management reporting requirements • Support administration and finance-related operational processes as required
